For those new to Kickstarter, it's easy: Select the available Pledge Level that has the stuff you want, then add funds for the Add-Ons you want.
Dont worry about shipping right now. Shipping is additional and is not included when you pledge.

Things to know:

• Telling the team what you want from the funds you added above the Pledge amount will be handled in the pledge manager (a separate website from Kickstarter) that the Kingdom Death team will tell backers about sometime after the Kickstarter ends
• Shipping charges will be calculated and paid for in the pledge manager after the Kickstarter ends as well
• It's a better idea to add funds during the Kickstarter for the things you know you want - no guarantees that you'll be able to add items later, and based on the 1.0 KD:M Kickstarter, the window to update will be very small
• Pledge Responsibly!

For example, say you want the game with the Dragon King expansion and Satan exclusive. You would pick the “Lantern” pledge which rewards the Core 1.5 Game for $250, then add $75 for the Dragon King Expansion and another $25 for the Satan exclusive for a total of $350:

$250 for the Lantern Pledge to get the 1.5 Core Game
+$75 for the Dragon King expansion
+$25 for the Satan exclusive
= $350 total funds at the Lantern Pledge level

1. Sign up for an account with Kickstarter
2. Open Kingdom Death: Monster 1.5
3. Click on the Back this Project button:
   
   
   
4. Pledge the Level you’d like. In this example, its the Lantern Pledge for $250
   
   
   
5. Add Funds on top of the $250 base amount. In this example, an additional $100 ($75 for the Dragon King expansion and $25 for the Satan Exclusive):
   
   
   
6. You can see that your Pledge Level (Lantern for $250) plus the Add-On amount of +$100 for $350 total
   
   
   
   
7. Add your payment info: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards can be used.
   
   
8. Click the green Pledge button to finish, that's it!
   You may see a small ($1 or less) charge to your card. This is Kickstarter verifying that the card is good.

Say you want to add the $30 Dung Beetle Knight expansion:

$250 for the Lantern Pledge to get the 1.5 Core Game
+$75 for the Dragon King expansion
+$25 for the Satan exclusive
+$30 for the Dung Beetle Knight expansion
= $380 total funds at the Lantern Pledge level

1. Log into Kickstarter
2. Click on your profile in the upper right corner
3. Click "Kingdom Death: Monster 1.5 under Backed projects
   
   
   
   
4. You'll find the button to manage your pledge at the top
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Update payment method button to change your card and enter new information -or-
   Click on the Change your pledge button to change either the Pledge level or amount
   
   
   
   
6. Caution on this page as this is where you can change Pledge Levels! Update the Pledge Amount adding the new amount to your existing pledge, in this example, +$30 to the $350 already pledged to add funds for the Dung Beetle Knight expansion:
   
   
   
   
7. If you want to change Pledge Levels, select a new level, refactoring the Pledge Amount for any Add On changes
   
   
8. Click the Continue button and you're set!
